✈️ Day 1 – Welcome to Sicily
Upon arrival at Catania Airport, a private transfer will take you to your hotel. After a welcome drink and orientation briefing, you'll enjoy your first Sicilian dinner together with the group.
👨🍳 Day 2 – Catania Cooking Experience
Start the day with a hands-on cooking class at Taste My Sicily, where you’ll prepare a full meal using fresh local ingredients. Enjoy the dishes you’ve made during a convivial lunch. In the afternoon, stroll through the elegant Baroque heart of Catania on a guided tour, followed by dinner in a cozy local restaurant.
🏞️ Day 3 – Taormina Views & Culinary Craft
Transfer to Taormina, the jewel of the Ionian Coast. There, enjoy another cooking class at Sicilian Cooking Class, then spend free time exploring the picturesque town and its legendary Greek Theatre. In the evening, travel to Milazzo for dinner and overnight stay in a seaside hotel.
🍷 Day 4 – Seaside Heritage & Wine
Discover Milazzo’s old town with its seafront charm and historic landmarks. Sample local street food for lunch before heading to Planeta Winery for a refined wine tasting experience. Wrap up the day with a gourmet dinner in Milazzo.
🎨 Day 5 – Ceramics & Coastal Beauty
Visit the colorful artisan village of Santo Stefano di Camastra, known for its ceramic masterpieces. Enjoy a street food lunch, then head to Cefalù for a guided walking tour through the medieval streets and along the waterfront. Conclude the evening with dinner and overnight stay in Santa Flavia.

Begin with a wine tasting and lunch at Cantina Salaparuta in Casteldaccia. In the afternoon, enjoy a guided visit to Palermo, discovering the bustling markets, churches, and palaces. Dinner in a traditional Palermo trattoria and overnight again in Santa Flavia.
🌋 Day 7 – Nebrodi & Etna Wine Adventure
Travel through the verdant Nebrodi Mountains, stopping for a typical mountain-style lunch. In the afternoon, visit the elegant Cantina Cottanera on the slopes of Mount Etna for a guided tour and final wine tasting experience, followed by dinner among the vines. Overnight in Catania.
👋 Day 8 – Farewell Sicily
After breakfast, you’ll be transferred to the airport for your return flight or onward journey. Arrivederci!
